If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your merchandise for STORE CREDIT LESS SHIPPING FEES AND APPROPRIATE RESTOCKING FEES. Store credit cannot be used towards shipping costs.  You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order for a return authorization number. Merchandise must be postmarked within 3 days of receiving a return authorization number from us. Merchandise returned without authorization or returned late will be refused. All original tags must be in place to receive credit for the return. All merchandise is carefully inspected before accepted by our return department. Any items returned to us that appear to have been worn will not receive credit in any form. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees via their carrier of choice, provided they receive a valid tracking number for proof of return.
We DO NOT EXCHANGE items. If you need to exchange for any reason you will need to place a new order and your original item will be processed as a return. You may wait until we receive the original item so you have your Store Credit Code available when placing your new order.
FINAL SALE - NO RETURNS: We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations on any sale merchandise.

Important note: There are no returns, exchanges or cancellations on custom made, final sales, or sale merchandise.  Stay up tape, lingerie, cosmetics, and visors will not be accepted for return.
Please Note: Any returns or exchanges postmarked after 3 days of your receipt date and/or missing a return authorization number will be returned to you at your shipping expense.  The goods must be returned in original condition. We have 100% inspection on merchandise leaving the warehouse. Returns are inspected upon receipt. Items must not have been worn, washed, altered and have all originals tags attached and in original packaging. Items with snags, rips, make-up stains, odors (i.e. cigarette smoke) or other damages will result in the item being returned to you.  If you do not accept the item being returned to you, we will charge you 50% of the value of the item, plus shipping charges, as a restocking fee.  Store credit is valid for one year after issue date.
Restocking Fees: There is a 10% restocking fee for all single dress returns and exchanges. Returns of two or more dresses have restocking fees as follow: Two dresses or more- 20%. There is a 20% restocking fee on all non-dress returns and exchanges (shoes, jewelry etc.)
